Khalfan Al-Esry: Your Role In Making Our Roads Safer (Jan 30 Talk Invitation)

In Oman, 3 people are dying on the road every day with more than 250 being injured every day. We also know that people are the major cause of these painful accidents.

[Venue has been shifted to another hall in the institute; opposite the Grand Mosque]

Our roads continue to claim more lives every year. Globally, two people are dying every minute. This amounts to ONE Million a year.

What can be done to make a change? What can you do to contribute to the change?

Join us at the Grand Mosque for a lively discussion in an attempt to understand the human factor.

Khalfan Al Esry and his team have been touring the country with close to 60 sessions  conducted in different regions in Oman.

The feedback and participation has been outstanding. He has been sharing his 10 year experience in presenting the psychology of safety and habits of minds that have made drivers dangerous and passengers careless. He has been clarifying three misconceptions that prevail in the region. Starting from believing accidents happen to others to what happens in the first five seconds of a crash to linking all accidents to (qadha wa qadar) fate and pre-destination.

Your chance to know and to take the lead has arrived. You can help and you have a role to play.  Your presence can make a difference. Please join us.
